Executive Summary of Deliverable D2.1

The executive summary of Deliverable D2.1 summarises the results of an analysis of one-stop-shop business models existing in the EU. These business models are characterised using the Business Model Canvas that was developed by Alexander Osterwalder, Yves Pigneur and others. Based on the analysis of existing business models, important lessons can be drawn for the establishment of new one-stop-shops.

Deliverable 2.2: Supporting the design of German One-Stop-Shops to foster energy efficiency renovations of residential buildings – Results and lessons from data analysis

Deliverable D2.2 comprises the results of various research activities. In it, some basic data about the housing markets in the ProRetro regions is analysed and the results of an online survey among potential customers are presented. In addition, the insights gained during five focus group disscusions are summarised and the report names and discusses various activation strategies to motivate building owners to deal with the possibility of an energy renovation.
